At Glowing Gates™, we’re committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. While we do not accept physical returns, we offer solutions to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle refunds, replacements, and any issues that may arise.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
- Eco-Friendly Approach: Returning items often results in high carbon emissions due to the transportation involved. By avoiding returns, we minimize our environmental impact.
- Cost Efficiency for You: Shipping items back to our fulfillment centers can be expensive and time-consuming. Instead of asking you to bear those costs, we focus on resolving your concerns quickly.
- Hygiene and Quality Assurance: For certain product types, ensuring they are not resold after being opened or used maintains safety and quality for all our customers.

While we don’t accept returns, your peace of mind is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 90-day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact our support team to discuss a refund or resolution.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please get in touch with us at support@glowinggates.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
- A high-quality image/video showing the product to ensure the reason for return.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.This does not include bank processing times.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@glowinggates.com.
Replacement Policy
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued. Your replacement request should be placed within 7-days of product delivery.
If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS
Glowing Gates will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:
- Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or to your end customer (if and as applicable).
- Buyer's Remorse – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Our refund policy does not cover changes of mind, such as personal preferences or mistakes in ordering the wrong item, color, or size. The exchange of a product is to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size/product exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your own expense.
- Product is created, but not yet shipped - In case, you wish to cancel the order while it is still in the status "Accepted", but the fulfillment team has already prepared the product, we will not be able to cancel and refund the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the rare case that your order goes missing, is stolen, or doesn’t arrive, don’t worry – we’ve got your back! While we can’t offer refunds in these situations, we’re more than happy to send you a replacement. Our team will team up with our shipping partners to track down what happened. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we might even send you a new package free of charge, just to make things right.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Legal Compliance
Our refund and return policies are designed to comply with all applicable U.S. laws, including consumer protection regulations. If your rights as a customer differ under your local state laws, those rights will take precedence.
We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours.
